One on One Personal Training

Your fitness goals are important to you.  You're willing to invest your time and energy to get the body you want and you want to invest those resources wisely.  Without a plan and a well-thought-out training program, you may be "working out"  but will that workout yield the results you really want? There's no doubt that getting your heart rate up and moving your body is a great stress reliever and has other health benefits, too. However, if you want to lose fat and gain tone, change your body shape or even maintain your current fitness level, then you need a program designed for your body and your specific fitness goals to ensure that you  maximize the time and energy you spend at the gym. My job is to make sure that you get the training you need and to help you stay motivated and on track. Your job is to show up, get a great training session in and, ultimately, the body you want!

Small Group Personal Training

Do you want the benefits of having a program designed spcifically for you, individualized instruction and feeback, but prefer to train in a small group with other like-minded people?  Then small group personal training may be a good fit for you! Whether you  want to get your friends together or come solo and meet new friends, my small training groups are limited to 4 people. Training with other individuals who are committed to achieving their fitness goals is a great way to stay motivated to achieve yours. Small group personal training is also an affordable way to train with me, I offer small group package rates that are up to half off my regular hourly personal training rates!
