Best Beach Booty is a 12-week training program that meets 3 times a week and focuses hardcore on whipping your backside into phenomenal shape.  The goal is simply to have a firmer, tighter, higher and perkier booty!

  •  Learn safe, effective training techniques.  No gimmicky, potentially harmful weirdness here. You will learn and perform tried and true techniques that shape, tighten and lift your butt. They are basic, easy to master moves and also very powerful! The magic is in learning good technique and doing just the right amount.
  •  Be supported the whole time. I’ve got your back as well as your backside. I’ll let you know when it’s time to go hard, change it up and take a rest.  All you need to do is show up, train and watch your butt transform into your best beach booty!
